We are currently experiencing disruption to our telephone lines due to a transfer issue.

Engineers are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and we will update here once normal telephone service resumes.

If you need to contact us today and cannot get through on the telephone, please use one of the following options:

  • Use our online services to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions or to view your medical records
  • Email us for non-urgent requirements on
  • If you or someone else requires medical advice that cannot wait until our telephone issues is resolved, please contact 111, free from landlines and mobiles
  • If you or someone else experiences severe chest pain, loss of blood or suspected broken bones, or any other life threatening illness go to your nearest accident and emergency department or call 999.

Silverlock Medical Centre celebrates the NHS turning 70: Thursday 19 July 2018


The NHS has turned 70!

All patients are invited to join us in celebrating this milestone on Thursday 19 July 2018 from 11.00am.

You will be able to enjoy our FREE tea party, one of a number of similar events taking place all over the UK to mark 70 years since the NHS began. There will also be an opportunity to meet with members of our practice team as well as local health and social services, and eligible patients will be able to receive their shingles vaccination.
