The Lister: phone system improvement works

Dear Patients

We recently began new management of The Lister Practice.

One of the areas we have committed to improving is the telephone service which has historically been a significant issue at The Lister.

We are working closely with Southwark CCG and South East London Commissioning Support Unit (CSU) to try and achieve an improved service for our patients, and we are sorry for any inconvenience you may be experiencing whilst this work is ongoing.
